Shimmer came out of retirement to win BB at the
Collie Club of Washington Specialty. Just shy of her
10th birthday, she had a great time in the ring.
Thank you to Barbara Ridgeway for the win and for her critique
"This was the veteran bitch and let me tell you us old folks are
still out there enjoying the show ring. She gave and moved
like she was a young, young girl. Beautiful neck, expression,
headpiece, and, yes, she could move"
Shimmer also had a great time at the CCA
Nationals in Springfield. Thank you to everyone who
came over to myself and Nancy after the Veteran Bitch class,
with their compliments on how beautiful she looked in the ring.

career by going, WB, BW, AOM at the Collie Club of British
Columbia Specialty. Her first US major was at
Overlake Collie Club, going WB, BOS to BB, under judge
Rayleen Hendrix.

April finished her Canadian title with a Reserve WB at the Collie Club of British Columbia Specialty, along with a Best in Sweeps.
Her first US major was at the Pacific Northwest Collie Club under judge Bill Holbrook.

Columbia Specialty under Daniel Wheatcroft. Bauer was
Best in Sweeps at the two Pacific Northwest Collie Club
Specialties-thanks to Vicky Neumeier and Sue Mills for the Sweeps wins.

Sparkle
finished her Canadian championship easily. Her first
weekend out, she was Best in Sweeps, Best of Winners and Best Puppy in
Specialty at the Collie Club of British Columbia Specialty. Along
the way to her title, Sparkle won Best of Breed over Specials and a
Best Puppy in Group. In the U.S, Sparkle has eleven
points, both majors. Thanks to Nancy Anstruther, who is also
Sparkle's co-breeder and co-owner for showing Sparkle to her U.S.
points. |
