Blaze is pictured with his great owner, Dawn Renfrew, spending time with the kids at the local library.   This is how Dawn describes her visits to the library with Blaze.

"The idea is that some children may be too intimidated to enjoy reading to adults but dogs are non-judgemental (because after all, dogs can't read but like to hear stories) so the kids read more readily and learn to enjoy it more.  This can make happy readers out of non-readers.  Blaze loves the kids and he is a huge hit with them.  He's wonderful - lays quietly, looks at the books, occasionally puts his paw or nose onto the book (showing his interest of course) and then shows them a few of his special tricks at the end of the book."
